YZ Bio-based Polymer Prosthetic Socket
Model:YE02
Style: Upper limb design/Lower limb design
Material: Bio-based Polymer Materials polymer material
Product Description
The plastic receiving cavity made of bio based Eucommia ulmoides gum can undergo thermoplastic adjustment at low temperatures to accurately match the unique curve of the residual limb, effectively solving the problem of mismatched receiving cavities caused by residual limb atrophy. In addition, its design is flexible and can easily configure various daily appliances such as knives and forks, greatly improving the self-care ability of disabled people.
Product advantages
1. The raw materials are derived from natural plants and belong to renewable resources, making the products green and environmentally friendly;
2. The receiving chamber of Eucommia ulmoides gum originates from carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. After being discarded, it returns to the atmosphere in the form of carbon dioxide, without generating additional carbon emissions, resulting in significant environmental benefits;
3. The Eucommia ulmoides gum receiving chamber can be shaped in one go, and the shaping can be changed multiple times when heated above 70 ℃, making the subsequent operation process convenient. Convenient for people with disabilities to prepare a receiving cavity that is completely suitable for their own limb shape, especially for people with limb atrophy who can adjust their shape and use it repeatedly, saving them a lot of costs;
4. The Eucommia ulmoides gum receiving chamber can be standardized in the factory for production, with a simple manufacturing process and energy saving and consumption reduction.
Usage
1. Prepare the prosthetic receiving chamber and hot water with a temperature between 70 ℃ and 100 ℃;
2. Heat the prosthetic socket in hot water for 10-20 seconds, soften it, and then remove it;
3. The softened prosthetic socket can be stretched according to the shape of the disabled person's own residual limb, installed on the residual limb, and waiting for hardening;
4. It is possible to install prosthetic accessories such as knives and forks on the pre embedded parts of the fully hardened prosthetic socket;
5. If the first plasticity is not successful, it can be converted into secondary plasticity again in hot water, and it is also convenient for disabled people with limb atrophy to adjust their shape and use it repeatedly;
